RETURN POLICY
We only offer store credit for returns. If you are returning items to the store, returns must made within 10 business days of purchase. If you are returning items by mail, items must be postmarked to us within 5 business days of receiving your items.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- sale items
- jewelry
- hair accessories
- bralettes
- socks
- home decor
- gifts
LOST PACKAGES: We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Once the package leaves our store, we are no longer responsible! The buyer must contact USPS to file a claim.
